Duke Destinations: Biltmore Estate Trip

posted on November 6th, 2007 by Kyle Fox

Want to get out of town? Want to see America’s largest private residence? Want to see that private residence fully decorated for the Holiday season for way less than anyone else, even other groups? Are you free on Saturday, December 1st?
Say no more, purchase your ticket for the Duke Destination Biltmore Trip to Asheville, NC for $30 (note that the public price is over $50, but you’re special). This includes round trip transportation via charter bus provided by Southern Coach Transportation. Please note that this is an all day trip and meals are not included in the price. To purchase your ticket, visit the Duke University Box Office located in the Bryan Center.

The bus will depart from the West Campus Bus Stop at 8:30am on Saturday, December 1st. You must have your voucher to board. The bus will return to Duke at approximately 11:00pm that night.

***IMPORTANT***
Those attending this trip must ride the bus as all tickets have been purchased at a scheduled group entrance time and will not be paid for until the Duke group arrives together. Therefore, the group must arrive together to enter at the specified time. Vouchers will gain you access to the bus and ensure your ticket is paid for by the Duke Staff member in person at the Biltmore Estate. Voucher is not an actual ticket to the Biltmore Estate. Sorry for the inconvenience, but hey, now you don’t have to pay for gas or drive all day.
