Fannie Mitchell Expert in Residence Series: Catalyzing a Non-Traditional Career Path

A background in polymer chemistry can serve as a stepping stone into a variety of roles in industry.  This talk will discuss our upcoming Fannie Mitchell Expert in Residence Jennifer Petoff’s evolution from a PhD in polymer chemistry and a career at the bench to a role as a technical trainer at Google.  Specific emphasis will be placed on volunteer opportunities and the key role of a strong professional network in breaking into a new area.
